At Bataleon, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience on the mountain. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
